S60v1 phones such as Nokia 3660, Nokia 3650, Nokia N-Gage, and Nokia N-Gage QD weren”t injected with Theme feature to change its display appearance which regarding to icon of each menu. This is very unlucky condition for it could get user bored. Although there’s an option to change the color scheme, but still, it doesn’t work.

But it’s not problem anymore since there is Sysiconz which enable S60v1 phones to change its icon appearance. Sysiconz is very nice application. From its package, after you install it, you’ll get some icon pack to choose, but if you want to add more icon pack, you can download it later as there are so many icon packs which spread out in internet. Somehow, before you install  Sysiconz, you must remind the terms below:

• Don’t install this application in phone memory, install Sysiconz only in memory card! Due to Sysiconz eats lots of space, specially for its Sysiconz pack
• This application isn’t very recommended for S60v1 phones with no memory card, such as Nokia 7650. If you force it, you’ll get your phone often hang as it needs lots of memory space
• Sysiconz can run on S60v2 phones such as Nokia 6260, Nokia 6600, Nokia 7610, etc. It’s just for you who’s still disapointed with Theme menu (but, I guess not) and also for you who’s greedy of application
• If you need to add the Icons options, you have to install Sysiconz pack which contains of new-icons-look
• Don’t install too much Sysiconz pack because if you open Sysiconz application, you’ll find it slower

Note:

After you downloaded it, you’ll find that you saved file named Sysiconz.jpg. Don’t worry! You just downloaded the right file. Rename the extention *.jpg, and change it to *.sis. Then you’ll get Sysiconz.sis then install it to your phones.

If your PC disabled to show the file extension, then enable it!

• Go to Windows Explorer
• Click Tools, then Folder Options
• Choose View tab
• Then Unclick Hide extentions for known file types
• If you can not see Folder Options, it means that your PC infected with virus
