Yesterday I got a souvenir from my friend who spent her holiday in Jakarta to sillaturahmi with her long-distance family. She is Norma Sholikah, my friend on Sasing Unair. Yes, as her promise she said  on her commented facebook-status below, she bought me a souvenir from Jakarta.

Yeah,,, she bought me….or rather say brought me a Monas key ring. It’s very unique stuff as I don’t think that Jakarta has a special souvenir just alike in Bali or Jogja. It shows that there’s another side of Jakarta which still defend its uniqueness for it’s very rare to find nowadays.

Nowadays, Jakarta is mostly filled with modern goods. And also its life style. However, thank you, Norma. But I’m a lil’ bit afraid to put it on my key, as the Monas part is stuck with glue which somewhat vulnerable broken. But still, I plan to put it on my motorbike key.

The picture on the left side is the Monas key ring which on the up side there is a golden torch of Monas, but I don’t know what the pink material is used for, then Monas doesn’t have any pink side, even below its golden torch.
